totalkaos.net is PRO-Copyright. We do not host any commercially available mixes or performances and actively work to keep such works off the site. We also respond to and fully comply with copyright takedown notices should they arise.

We realize many of the individual tracks on totalkaos.net are under copyright that we do not own but we also recognize that these tracks are not fully represented in their complete digital form, not selectable for on-demand listening, and are not available for individual download. When these tracks are combined into extended listening experiences, or “mixes,” we assume they are being used as promotional tools by all DJs, Broadcasters and Producers involved.

If you would like to request a particular mix or track be taken off totalkaos.net you may use the “Report this mix” link found on each mix page. Please also follow up by sending proof of Copyright ownership to the admin.

totalkaos.net does not grant any rights or copyright ownership to the members or subscribers of this site. Users are not free to use individual tracks extracted from mixes on this site for personal or commercial purposes.
